Training is a very individual science. I make sure each athlete has their workouts on a weekly basis. Workouts are designed around both the physiological demand to continue progression and their real-life schedule and restrictions.
Although coaching is remote, you'll never be out of the loop. Weekly chats about how the week went, feedback on individual workouts in TrainingPeaks, and the ability to reach out to me with any questions or comments are all included.
Remote 1-on-1 Coaching
Using power data, we'll look into not just FTP and power zones, but record improvements in CTL fitness, TTE (time to exhaustion) in various zones, W' expenditure (the matches you have to burn), and other metrics.
As you progress as an athlete, it's never going to be a one-sided conversation. Rather than just prescription of workouts, you'll gain a better understanding of the daily work, how it fits into the bigger picture, and how your body responds.
